Job summary

Arcadia Cold Storage in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Sales Director to lead new business development in the cold chain space and drive revenue growth. You will define strategies, build regional relationships, and partner with operations to deliver value to clients.

You will manage pricing, leverage Salesforce for CRM, and coordinate with the Solutions Implementation team to onboard new accounts, while consistently meeting revenue targets and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years in supply chain / distribution / warehousing / transportation sales.
• Experience in temperature-controlled warehousing or related industry preferred.
• Proficient in Salesforce.com CRM.
• Ability to travel up to 75%.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop targeted action plans to generate new sales leads and prospects.
• Build local and regional relationships with customers and related parties.
• Promote Arcadia's services across the company's network.
• Develop and maintain pricing to meet margin objectives.
• Maintain accurate data in Salesforce and share updates with management.
• Prepare professional presentations and responses to RFPs.
• Collaborate with Solutions Implementation to onboard new customers.
• Monitor KPIs and report sales progress daily and weekly.
