Job summary

In this fast-paced role, you will lead strategy with management, develop regional relationships, manage pricing, and utilize Salesforce to track opportunities while traveling up to 75% to meet prospects and close deals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in supply chain / distribution / warehousing / transportation sales.
• Heavy experience in prospecting, lead generation, selling and closing.
• Experience in temperature-controlled warehousing or related industry preferred.
• CRM experience (Salesforce) and strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Develop targeted action plans with management and teams to generate new sales leads.
• Build local and regional customer relationships with exceptional focus on service.
• Sell Arcadia’s full suite of services through the company network.
• Develop pricing and financial metrics to achieve sales margins objectives.
• Maintain real-time CRM data and opportunity updates in Salesforce.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and RFP responses to address client challenges.
• Collaborate with Solutions Implementation to onboard new accounts successfully.
• Provide daily/weekly sales updates and monitor KPIs.
• Manage individual budget and expenses to stay within targets.
