Job summary

Arcadia Cold Storage and Logistics in Indiana is seeking a highly driven Sales Director to spearhead prospecting, qualify leads, and promote the company's cold‑storage solutions. You will articulate our value proposition, win new business, and drive revenue growth in a fast‑moving market.

You will collaborate with management, marketing, and operations, manage budgets, maintain Salesforce CRM, and travel up to 75%.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 5+ years of supply chain / distribution / warehousing / transportation sales experience.
Heavy experience in sales, new company prospecting, qualification, lead generation, selling, and closing new business.

Responsibilities

Develop targeted action plans to generate new sales leads and prospects.
Develop relationships with customers and related parties to demonstrate customer focus.
Sell the full suite of services across Arcadia's network with value propositions.
Maintain pricing and financial measures to meet margin objectives.
Update Salesforce CRM with real-time contact and opportunity data.
Create and deliver presentations and RFP responses to address customer challenges.
Collaborate with Solutions Implementation to onboard new accounts and ensure smooth transitions.
Provide daily/weekly sales updates and monitor KPIs.
