Job summary

The role requires 5+ years in supply chain sales, experience in temperature-controlled warehousing, and strong CRM proficiency. Expect up to 75% travel and collaboration with operations to close new business across Arcadia’s network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of supply chain / distribution/warehousing/transportation sales experience.
• Experience in temperature-controlled warehousing or related industry preferred.
• Travel up to 75% to meet clients and opportunities.
• Hands-on with Salesforce CRM and sales process.

Responsibilities

• Develop targeted action plans with management and teams to generate new sales leads.
• Build local and regional relationships with customers and related parties.
• Sell Arcadia’s full suite of services across the network.
• Maintain pricing and financial metrics to meet margin objectives.
• Update Salesforce with real-time opportunity data and status.
• Prepare and deliver RFQ responses and presentations to prospects.
• Collaborate with Solutions Implementation to onboard new accounts.
• Monitor KPIs and report sales updates daily and weekly.
• Manage budget and expenses within targets.
