Job summary

Arcadia Cold Storage is seeking a highly motivated Sales Director to drive new business in the cold storage logistics space. You will initiate contact with potential customers, promote our products and services, and qualify leads to generate revenue growth.

You will partner with operations and other sales members to understand Arcadia’s value proposition, develop targeted plans, and close deals while managing commissions and performance metrics in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of supply chain / distribution/warehousing/transportation sales experience.
• Heavy experience in sales, new company prospecting, qualification, lead generation, selling, and closing new business.
• Experience in temperature-controlled warehousing or related industry preferred.
• Knowledge of transportation/freight consolidation programs a bonus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Develop targeted action plans to generate new sales leads and prospects.
• Build local and regional customer relationships with exceptional focus.
• Sell the full suite of services across Arcadia’s network.
• Update pricing and financial metrics to meet margin targets.
• Maintain CRM data and provide daily/weekly sales updates.
• Prepare proposals and presentations for prospective customers.
• Collaborate with Solutions Implementation to onboard new accounts.
• Travel as required (up to 75%).
