Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5+ years in supply chain/ warehousing/ transportation sales.
• Heavy experience in prospecting, qualification, lead generation, closing new business.
• Experience in temperature‑controlled warehousing preferred.
• Knowledge of transportation/freight consolidation is a bonus.
• CRM experience and data-driven selling approach.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads, promote products and services, and close new business.
• Develop local/regional relationships with customers and related parties.
• Collaborate with operations to sell full service suite across network.
• Maintain pricing strategies to meet margin objectives.
• Utilize CRM (Salesforce) for real-time opportunity tracking and updates.
• Prepare presentations and RFP responses for prospective customers.
