Job summary

Arcadia Cold Storage and Logistics is seeking a highly motivated Sales Director to initiate contact with potential customers, qualify leads, and promote the company’s services in a fast-growing environment with uncapped commission earnings potential.

The role requires building regional relationships, selling the full suite of services, and leveraging Salesforce CRM to manage opportunities. Travel up to 75% is expected as part of expansion efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of supply chain / distribution/warehousing/transportation sales experience.
• Heavy experience in sales, new company prospecting, qualification, lead generation, selling, and closing new business.
• Experience in temperature-controlled warehousing or related industry preferred.
• Knowledge of transportation/freight consolidation programs a bonus.
• Excellent verbal and written communications, interpersonal, presentation and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Develop targeted action plans to generate new sales leads and prospects.
• Develop local and regional relationships with customers with a customer-first focus.
• Partner with operations and other sales members to sell Arcadia’s full suite of services across the network.
• Develop and maintain pricing and related financial measures to meet sales margin objectives.
• Actively update Salesforce CRM to maintain real-time contact information and opportunities.
• Create presentations and RFP responses to address customers’ business challenges.
• Collaborate with Solutions Implementation to onboard new accounts and ensure smooth transitions.
• Maintain awareness of KPIs and provide daily/weekly sales updates to management.
• Manage individual budget and control expenses to meet targets and guidelines.
