Federal Express Corporation is seeking a Sales Development Associate to join the Sales Development team. This development-focused role trains sales professionals and provides shadowing across unassigned territories while offering agile, overflow coverage.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
Four (4) years of B2B sales experience.
One (1) year of the Company’s B2B sales experience.

Responsabilités

Structured onboarding and learning through sales training programs covering products, services, supply chain solutions, CRM systems, and data-driven selling tools.
Peer shadowing and mentorship through structured job shadowing with SMB roles to observe best practices in cold outreach and opportunity handoffs.
Joint participation in calls, call cycling, and field visits to build sales competencies and industry acumen.
Developmental pipeline support assisting active SDR II territories with background research, outbound outreach, and lead qualification (no direct quotas).
Performance tracking and feedback through regular coaching, call reviews, and pipeline reviews.
