Job summary

Federal Express Corporation is seeking a Sales Development Associate on the Sales Development team in the Boston area. This role focuses on development and training across unassigned territories, with rigorous shadowing and coverage across high-volume markets.

The position is an Offer in Advance with minimum education/experience requirements met at application or within 120 days. Compensation includes a pay range of $25.59–$35.82 per hour and full benefits, with in-person meetings required

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) OR Four (4) years of B2B sales experience OR One (1) year of the Company’s B2B sales experience.
• Experience in business-to-business sales is required at minimum.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and data-driven selling tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Structured onboarding and learning through sales training covering products and CRM tools.
• Peer shadowing and mentorship observing best practices in outreach and qualification.
• Joint calls and field visits to build sales competencies and industry knowledge.
• Developmental pipeline support in assigned and interim territories, with no quota.
• Regular coaching, call reviews, and pipeline reviews with leadership.
• Other duties and special projects as assigned.
