Federal Express Corporation is seeking a Sales Development Associate to join our Sales Development team in Bridgeport, PA. This training-focused role prepares you for permanent territory alignment through structured onboarding, shadowing, and joint customer calls.

You will support active SDR II territories with research, outbound outreach, and lead qualification, while receiving coaching and feedback to accelerate readiness for territory assignment.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) or four years of B2B sales experience.
• Experience using CRM and data-driven selling tools.
• No quota ownership in current role; development-focused position.

• Participates actively in sales training covering products, services, CRM, and data-driven selling tools.
• Conducts structured job shadowing to observe best practices in cold outreach and lead qualification.
• Engages in joint calls, call cycling, and field visits to build sales competencies.
• Supports active SDR II territories with background research and prospective lead qualification.
• Participates in regular performance coaching and pipeline reviews with leadership.
• Performs other duties and special sales projects as assigned.
