Aerotek, a Magellan of talent solutions and a company within Allegis Group, is hiring a Sales Development Representative in Irvine, CA. This entry-level role focuses on learning the fundamentals of recruiting and sales, including prospecting, client engagement, and qualification.

You will identify target accounts, perform cold calls, and collaborate with Delivery and Sales teams to build relationships and drive revenue.

Qualificações

• Sales degree or certification or 1–2 years of sales experience.
• Willingness to learn and develop in recruiting and sales.
• Ability to prospect and build client relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Identify target accounts in defined territory and make cold calls to set meetings.
• Generate leads, set and attend meetings with defined targets, and build relationships with clients.
• Collaborate with Delivery and Sales teams to support revenue growth initiatives.
• Maximize profitability by negotiating bill rates and terms; ensure direct labor rates are in line with market standards.
