Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Sales Development Representative in Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois. This entry-level role focuses on learning sales fundamentals, engaging clients, and generating leads. You will support revenue growth and work closely with Sales teams.

Successful candidates will have a Sales Degree or relevant experience. The position offers a base salary of $65,000 with additional performance-based incentives, including commissions and benefits like a car allowance and medical insurance.

Qualifications

• Sales Degree/Certification or 1-2 years of sales experience (internship/competitions encouraged).

Responsibilities

• Utilize the Aerotek 7 stages of the SOLVE model.
• Increase sales and market share through accounts.
• Research and build call sheets.
• Identify and manage customer relationships.
• Complete Account Manager Onboarding training.
• Generate leads and attend meetings.
• Negotiate bill rates and terms.
• Maintain relationships within accounts.
• Perform sales activities including client meetings.
• Communicate account knowledge to team members.
• Support territory planning with Account Managers.
