Aerotek is hiring an entry‑level Sales Development Representative in Beaverton, OR. You will learn recruiting and sales fundamentals, identify target accounts, make cold calls, and set meetings, while collaborating with Delivery and Sales teams to grow client relationships and revenue.

The role offers a clear path toward becoming an Account Manager, plus a base salary with uncapped commissions and other incentives. Training, onboarding, and ongoing support are provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Sales degree or certification, or 1–2 years of sales experience (internships and competitions encouraged).

Responsibilities

• Learn recruiting and sales fundamentals, including prospecting and client engagement.
• Identify target accounts, make cold calls, and set meetings.
• Collaborate with Delivery and Sales teams to build client relationships.
• Research and build call sheets using LinkedIn and other tools.
• Negotiate bill rates and terms to market standards.
• Generate leads and attend meetings with in-territory targets.
