Job summary

Aerotek in Jacksonville, FL seeks a Sales Development Representative to learn recruiting fundamentals and the full sales cycle. You will target accounts, cold-call for meetings, and collaborate with Delivery and Sales teams to grow revenue and client relationships.

The role starts with training, then progression toward an Account Manager role, with a base salary of 60,000 and earning potential through weekly commissions and incentives. Benefits included.

Qualifications

• Sales degree or certification or 1–2 years in sales.
• Sales internship or competitions encouraged.
• Willingness to learn full sales cycle and territory.

Responsibilities

• Learn the seven-stage SOLVE model for targeting and servicing clients.
• Increase sales and market share across assigned and new accounts.
• Research and build call sheets using LinkedIn and connections.
• Develop and manage relationships, matching contractors to needs.
• Complete onboarding and training for Account Management path.
• Generate leads, set and attend meetings within territory.
• Negotiate rates to align with market standards to protect profitability.
• Maintain relations by providing quality contractors and resumes.
• Attend client/site meetings and coordinate with recruiters and sales.
• Share account knowledge via req and Red Zone meetings.
• Collaborate with managers on territory planning and workforce strategy.
• Document leads and perform targeted outreach.
