Job summary

Truewind is seeking a hungry outbound sales development representative to prospect net-new accounts by email, phone, and LinkedIn. You’ll research accounts and personalize outreach at scale, using AI tools to speed efficiency rather than writing every touch from scratch.

You'll run multi-step cadences, measure what works, and adjust messaging and targeting. You’ll partner with sales and marketing to sharpen targeting, messaging, and positioning based on what lands with prospects.

What You’ll Do

• Prospect and book net-new meetings with target accounts through email, phone calls, and LinkedIn
• Research accounts and personalize outreach at scale, using AI tools to work efficiently rather than writing every touch from scratch
• Run and iterate on multi-step outbound cadences, tracking what’s working and adjusting messaging and targeting accordingly
• Work closely with sales and marketing to sharpen targeting, messaging, and positioning based on what’s actually landing
