Job summary

Synerfac Inc in Parsippany, NJ is seeking a Sales Development Representative to identify new business opportunities through cold calling and researching prospects, and to qualify client needs for staffing solutions.

The role is in-person, on-site five days a week, offering a base salary with uncapped earning potential, plus incentives and ongoing training. Travel to client sites is required as the team grows.

Responsibilities

Job Description

• Identifying new business opportunities through cold calling and researching new prospects
• Listening to the client"s needs and providing a solution
• Traveling to new clients and prospects sites
• Maintain client relationships regarding the timeline of open jobs and expectations
• Perform quality control with recruiting team when screening candidates for job
• Complete reference checks
• Contract negotiation with new and existing clients

Projected Earnings

• Year 1: 45k - 65k
• Year 2: 60k - 90k
• Year 3: 75k - 125k
