The role is in-person, on-site five days a week, offering a base salary with uncapped earning potential, plus incentives and ongoing training. Travel to client sites is required as the team grows.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities via cold calling and researching prospects.
• Listen to client needs and provide a solution.
• Travel to client sites to meet with prospects.
• Maintain client relationships regarding timelines and expectations.
• Coordinate with recruiting team when screening candidates for jobs.
• Complete reference checks.
• Contract negotiation with new and existing clients.
