Synerfac Inc. is seeking a Sales Development Representative in Morrisville, PA to identify new business opportunities, cold call prospects, and develop qualified leads for clients. You will listen to client needs and craft effective solutions, with on-site travel to client sites as needed.

The role offers a base salary with uncapped earning potential and performance incentives, plus ongoing training and benefits. Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, on-site in Yardley, PA with a strong team culture.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Contract negotiation with new and existing clients.

Job Description

Projected Earnings

• Year 1: 45k - 65k


• Year 2: 60k - 90k


• Year 3: 75k - 125k
