Job summary

Synerfac Inc. in Hunt Valley, MD, is seeking a Sales Development Representative to identify new business opportunities, conduct cold calls, and secure meetings with prospective clients.

This in-person role offers a base salary with uncapped earning potential, a defined career path, and ongoing training. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with performance-based incentives and a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities through cold calling and researching prospects.

• Travel to client sites as needed and build rapport with prospects.
• Handle objections effectively and develop relationships for future opportunities.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Identifying new business opportunities through cold calling and researching new prospects
• Navigating initial prospecting phone calls
• Listening to the client"s needs and providing a solution
• Securing meetings with prospective clients
• Traveling to new client"s and prospect"s sites
• Handling objections and building rapport with prospects

Projected Earnings

• Year 1: 45k - 65k
• Year 2: 60k - 90k
• Year 3: 75k - 125k
