Job summary

Synerfac is seeking a Sales Development Representative to identify new business opportunities and secure meetings with prospective customers. This role requires visiting client sites and presenting tailored solutions to drive revenue growth.

You will work Monday through Friday, on-site at our Atlanta area location, with a base salary plus uncapped earning potential and performance-based incentives. A Bachelor's degree and customer service experience are preferred, and training is provided to

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities through cold calling and research of prospects.

Job Description

• Identifying new business opportunities through cold calling and researching new prospects
• Navigating initial prospecting phone calls
• Listening to the client"s needs and providing a solution
• Securing meetings with prospective customers
• Traveling to new client"s and prospect"s sites
• Handling objections and building rapport with prospects

Qualifications

Projected Earnings

• Year 1: 45k - 65k
• Year 2: 60k - 90k
• Year 3: 75k - 125k
