Job summary

Synerfac Technical Staffing in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking a Sales Development Representative to identify new business opportunities, conduct cold calls, and research prospects. You will listen to client needs, handle objections, and secure qualifying meetings with potential customers.

Based on performance, earnings can grow from base salary to a higher total compensation. This in-person role requires travel to client sites, a strong sense of initiative, and a disciplined, well-organized

Job Description

• * Identifying new business opportunities through cold calling and researching new prospects
• * Navigating initial prospecting phone calls
• * Listening to the client"s needs and providing a solution

• * Traveling to new client"s and prospect"s sites
• * Handling objections and building rapport with prospects

Projected Earnings

• * Year 1: 45k - 65k
• * Year 2: 60k - 90k
