Job summary

Aerotek is seeking an entry‑level Sales Development Representative to learn the fundamentals of recruiting and sales, prospecting, client engagement, and lead generation. You will identify target accounts in a defined territory and make cold calls to set meetings with perspective targets.

The role offers a clear path toward becoming an Account Manager within a supportive team. The position includes training on Aerotek’s SOLVE model, teamwork with Delivery and Sales, and opportunities to develop

Qualifications

• Sales degree or 1–2 years of sales experience.
• Ability to learn the full sales cycle.
• Strong prospecting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Target, engage and service new and existing clients using the SOLVE model.
• Generate leads and set meetings in territory.
• Negotiate bill rates to align with market standards.
• Build relationships to provide quality contractors.
• Collaborate with Account Managers for territory planning.
• Document leads and perform outreach to targeted customers.
