Aerotek is hiring a Sales Development Representative to learn recruiting and sales fundamentals, identify target accounts, and set meetings. You will work with Delivery and Sales teams to build client relationships, generate leads, and support revenue growth, with a clear path to Account Manager. Training and onboarding are provided.

The role offers a base salary with uncapped weekly commissions, a monthly car allowance, cell phone reimbursement, and performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

• Sales degree or certification; 1–2 years of sales experience encouraged.
• Willingness to learn the full sales cycle and aptitude for prospecting.

Responsibilities
