Aerotek is seeking a Sales Development Representative to learn the fundamentals of recruiting and sales, prospecting and client engagement. You will identify target accounts in a defined territory, perform cold calls to set meetings, and collaborate with Delivery and Sales to grow revenue.

This entry-level role offers a clear path to an Account Manager, with comprehensive onboarding, ongoing training, and revenue-incentive programs.

Qualifications

• Sales degree or certification or 1–2 years of sales experience.
• Ability to learn and execute on the full sales cycle in a defined territory.
• Willingness to prospect, cold call, and set meetings with targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify target accounts in defined territory and make cold calls to set meetings.
• Build client relationships and generate leads with Delivery and Sales teams.
• Negotiate terms and bill rates to ensure market competitiveness.
• Attend client meetings and document account knowledge for the team.
• Generate, track and follow up on leads and outreach to targeted customers.
