Job summary

You will leverage personalized outreach, modern AI sequencing tools, and HubSpot logging to build pipeline and close smaller deals as you ramp, with a clear promotion path ahead.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in outbound-heavy sales or business development.
• Comfortable on the phone and with cold outreach.
• Coachable, competitive, and committed to activity metrics.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Outbound daily: personalized emails, calls, and LinkedIn touches.
• Book qualified first meetings for the closing team.
• Close smaller deals as you ramp, with leadership support.
• Log activity in HubSpot accurately every day.
• Learn Microsoft 365, Copilot, and Guardian to hold credible talks.
• Support demand-gen and proposal work between outbound blocks.
