This entry-level role trains you in recruiting fundamentals and the full sales cycle, including prospecting, client engagement and qualification of opportunities. You will work with Delivery and Sales teams to generate leads and support revenue growth.

The position offers a base salary with a clear path to Account Manager, plus weekly commissions, car allowance and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Sales degree or certification, or 1-2 years in sales is acceptable.
• Internships or competitions in sales are encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Learn fundamentals of recruiting and sales; learn the sales process.
• Identify target accounts in defined territory and make cold calls to set meetings.
