Aerotek is hiring a Sales Development Representative to learn recruiting and sales fundamentals, prospect in defined territory, and engage clients to generate leads. It is an entry-level role designed to lead toward an Account Manager position, collaborating with Delivery and Sales teams to grow revenue.

The program offers a base salary and commissions, with a monthly car allowance and reimbursements, plus health benefits and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Sales Degree/ Certification or 1-2 years of sales experience (sales internship, sales competitions encouraged)

Responsibilities

• Learn fundamentals of recruiting and sales, prospecting, client engagement and delivery.
• Identify target accounts in defined territory and make cold calls to set meetings.
• Collaborate with Delivery and Sales teams to build client relationships and generate leads.
• Support revenue growth initiatives and participate in training to become an Account Manager.
