Job summary

Aerotek in the United States offers an entry-level Sales Development Representative role focused on learning recruiting and sales fundamentals. You will prospect, engage clients, qualify requirements, and deliver on the sales process while supporting revenue growth with the Delivery and Sales teams.

The role provides a base salary of $60,000, weekly commissions, a monthly car allowance, cell phone reimbursement, and additional performance-based incentives. Training and onboarding are included.

Qualifications

• Sales degree or certification or 1-2 years of sales experience (internships or competitions encouraged).

Responsibilities

• Utilize the Aerotek 7 stages of the SOLVE model to target, engage and service new and existing clients.
• Increase sales and market share through assigned and newly generated accounts.
• Research and build call sheets using LinkedIn and Connected.
• Identify, develop and manage new and existing customer relationships by leveraging resources for lead generation.
• Generate leads, set and attend meetings with defined territory.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Directors to support territory planning and workforce strategy.
