Job summary

Responsibilities

• Identify target accounts in defined territory and make cold calls to set meetings.
• Build client relationships, generate leads, and support revenue growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with Delivery and Sales teams to service clients and candidates.
• Negotiate bill rates and terms, ensuring alignment with market rates.
• Attend client meetings and recruiter discussions to share account knowledge.
