Job summary

Aerotek is hiring a Sales Development Representative to learn recruiting and sales fundamentals, prospect for new clients, and engage with target accounts within a defined territory.

The SDR will work with Delivery and Sales teams to generate leads, set meetings, and support revenue growth, with a clear path toward becoming an Account Manager. Training and onboarding are provided, with strong earning potential through commissions.

Qualifications

• Sales experience or degree/certification required.
• Internships or competitions in sales encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Learn recruiting and sales fundamentals, including prospecting, client engagement, req qualification and delivery.
• Identify target accounts in defined territory and make cold calls to set meetings.
• Work with Delivery and Sales teams to build client relationships and generate leads.
• Attend client meetings and contractor lunches to promote Aerotek’s services.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Directors on territory planning and workforce strategy.
