Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Sales Development Representative in Pittsburgh. This entry-level role focuses on learning recruiting and sales fundamentals, identifying target accounts, and making cold calls to set meetings within a defined territory.

You will work with Delivery and Sales teams to build client relationships, generate leads, and support revenue growth, with a clear path toward becoming an Account Manager.

Qualifications

• Sales degree or certification, or 1–2 years of sales experience.
• Sales internships or competitions encouraged.
• Eager to learn the full sales cycle with a path to Account Manager.

Responsibilities

• Learn the fundamentals of recruiting and sales processes.
• Identify target accounts in defined territory and make cold calls to set meetings.
• Generate leads and attend meetings with defined territory targets.
• Collaborate with Delivery and Sales teams to build client relationships and support revenue growth.
