Aerotek is seeking an entry-level Sales Development Representative in Bloomington, IL. The role trains you in recruiting and sales, prospecting, and delivering client solutions while collaborating with delivery and sales teams to generate leads and drive revenue growth.

The position emphasizes building relationships, understanding bill rates, and supporting territory planning with a clear path toward advancing to an Account Manager.

Qualifications

• Sales degree or 1–2 years of sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Learn the fundamentals of recruiting and sales, prospecting, client engagement, req qualification and delivery.
• Identify target accounts in defined territory and make cold calls to set meetings at targets.
• Work with Delivery and Sales teams to build client relationships, generate leads, and support revenue growth.
• Utilize Aerotek 7 stages of the SOLVE model to target, engage and service clients.
