As part of the training, you will shadow sales and operational roles, participate in digital onboarding, and engage in sales campaigns across different customer segments while mastering key sales tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Experience in a customer-facing sales role preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills needed.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills essential.
• Proficient computer and mobile phone/tablet skills required.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record necessary.

Responsibilities

• Begin training at a local branch shadowing sales and operational roles.
• Join peers in digital onboarding to sharpen sales technique.

• Master key United Rentals sales tools.
• Lead high-level sales conversations and negotiations.
• Learn proven sales methodologies to drive revenue growth.
