Qualifications

• 2 Year / Associate Degree in Business, Communications, or related field (Minimum High School or GED).
• 2+ years of sales and telemarketing experience with an emphasis on cold calling, with a preferred focus on digital marketing services.

Responsibilities

• Leverage prospecting techniques to initiate contact with prospective clients.
• Generate interest in a discovery meeting with an established RRD Sales Executive.
• Identify multiple contact points within a supplied list of targets and position the value proposition of our products and services to entice the prospect to learn more about RRD through a discovery meeting.
• Conduct online research to better understand the prospect and contact points' business objectives to better position RRD services.
• Generate a high-value sales pipeline through both strategic and targeted prospecting.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop a list of target prospects.
• Develop and run a pipeline of prospects and provide top-class customer experience.
• Effectively & smoothly transition a lead to the sales team following the first discovery meeting.
• Actively utilize Salesforce for all activities related to Lead Generation.
• Meet with Sales Leaders to evaluate strategy.
