Job summary

Pace Analytical Services, LLC is seeking a Sales Lead Generation Representative to generate and qualify leads through cold calling, manage leads, and drive monthly sales goals. You will conduct sales presentations and demos by phone and internet, close sales, and produce activity reports.

The role requires an Associate's degree and telemarketing/sales experience, with a schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in business, marketing or a closely related field
• Two (2) years of telemarketing/sales experience
• Equivalent combination of education, training and experience

Responsibilities

• Contacts businesses by telephone to solicit sales and referrals
• Obtain prospective customer information from various sources
• Communicates with potential customers via phone, mail or email promptly
• Explain products or services and prices to customers
• Schedule appointments for sales representatives or conduct presentations as needed
• Deliver prepared sales talks and adjust scripts to client needs
• Maintain records of contacts, accounts and orders
• Develop reports and suggest improvements within the Salesforce system
• Collaborate as an active team member to improve department service
