Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in a customer-facing sales role is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Proficient computer and mobile device skills.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Begin training at a local branch, shadowing sales and operations to learn the full lifecycle.
• Participate in outbound sales campaigns and develop sales strategies for accounts.
• Master United Rentals sales tools including CRM, inventory platforms, and portals.
• Engage in price negotiations, multi-piece rentals, and service contracts as needed.
• Support local team initiatives and participate in performance feedback sessions.
