ServiceTitan, Inc. is seeking a Sales Development Manager to lead the outbound SDR team and shape our outreach strategy. You will recruit, onboard, and train new hires to build a high-performing squad that accelerates pipeline growth.

You’ll manage SDRs, monitor metrics, and report KPIs to senior leadership. This role requires strong communication, hands-on coaching, and a passion for scaling an elite inside sales organization with a collaborative, human-first culture.

Qualifications

• Direct experience as SDR/BDR and team leadership is required.
• 2+ years of SDR management experience preferred.
• Experience with outbound prospecting and building pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Manage SDRs on objectives and performance.
• Monitor lead processes, metrics, and pipeline creation.
• Shape and implement SDR strategy and processes.
• Coach SDRs on best practices.
• Mentor team and uphold ServiceTitan standards.
• Report to Sr. Management on KPIs.
• Drive motivation and recognition for top performers.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members.
• Conduct weekly 1:1s with each SDR.
• Evaluate new technologies to boost performance.
