ServiceTitan, Inc. is seeking a Senior SDR Manager to lead the outbound core commercial SDR front-line management team and drive consistent best practices. You will recruit, onboard, and train new hires while partnering with leadership to build an industry-leading SDR organization.

You will oversee quota attainment, forecast performance, and pipeline creation, while mentoring managers and coordinating with the XDR management team to adopt new technologies and processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading XDR teams or equivalent
• Proven track record in outbound pipeline generation
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making
