Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales development or related field.
• Experience managing BDR/SDR/ MDR teams.
• Strong Salesforce and data hygiene experience.

Responsibilities

• Own BDR/MDR team results end-to-end, including quotas, territory and account coverage.
• Supervise on-site and remote teammates with daily coaching and reviews.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and career progression for BDR/MDR roles.
• Collaborate with Marketing, RevOps, and Sales Enablement to refine cadences and lead routing.
