Job summary

Axway in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to lead a growing SDR/BDR team in the Americas. You will coach, develop, and drive outbound strategies to build pipeline for the Amplify business across North America, Canada, and Latin America.

The role requires managing 4 BDRs and 7 SDRs, hitting quotas, and using SFDC/LinkedIn Navigator to optimize performance. A software/SaaS background and fluent English are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading sales development teams in SaaS.
• 2+ years in software industry experience.
• Proven ability to coach and implement scalable outbound processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 4 BDRs and 7 SDRs; team size may grow.
• Drive performance against daily, weekly, monthly quotas.
• Provide day-to-day coaching, 1:1s, and shadow sessions.
• Recruit, onboard, and train new BDRs/SDRs to scale.
• Track weekly activity and communicate results with Marketing and Sales.
