Notion is seeking an AMER Sales Development Manager to recruit, develop, and lead a dynamic team of inbound and outbound sales development reps. You will drive qualification, pipeline growth, and collaboration with marketing and revenue operations to scale our growth.

The role requires building a high-performing team, coaching early-career talent, and shaping our sales playbooks in a fast-paced startup environment.

Formación

• Experience managing a high-performing Sales Development team.
• Experience as an Account Executive at a SaaS company is a plus.
• Proven track record of hitting sales targets.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and coach the Sales Development function to build pipeline.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Revenue Operations to optimize processes.
• Drive recruitment, enablement, and execution of the team.
• Shape sales strategy and playbooks for the organization.
• Partner with regional leaders to plan territory development and pipelines.
