You will embark on a structured training path designed to prepare you for a future Outside Sales Representative role, working with industry experts to gain hands-on experience with our products and customer-facing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Experience in a customer-facing sales role is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills are essential.
• Proficient with computers and mobile devices; familiarity with apps and portals is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record; report on-site M-F.

Responsibilities

• Begin training at a local branch and shadow sales and operations.
• Participate in a company-wide onboarding class to sharpen sales techniques.
• Engage in outbound sales campaigns across various customer segments.
• Master United Rentals sales tools including the CRM and portals.
• Lead high-level sales conversations involving pricing, contracts, and services.
• Receive feedback and coaching through meetings and ride-alongs to sites.
