Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in a customer-facing sales role is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Proficient computer and mobile device skills.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Begin training at a local branch and shadow sales and operations to learn the rental lifecycle.
• Participate in outbound sales campaigns across various customer segments.
• Master United Rentals sales tools and CRM systems.
• Lead high-level sales conversations including price negotiations and rental solutions.
• Attend local team activities and ride-alongs to jobsites.
• Track progress through weekly metrics and coaching sessions.
