Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in a customer-facing sales role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in training at a local branch to learn the full equipment-rental lifecycle.
• Engage in outbound sales efforts and campaigns across construction verticals.
• Master United Rentals sales tools including CRM and inventory platforms.
• Lead high‑level sales conversations, price negotiations, and contract considerations.
• Support local team initiatives and sales development progress through coaching and feedback.
• Assist in promoting revenue growth and customer success.
