United Rentals is looking for a driven candidate to begin a structured Sales Development Program. You will train at a local branch, shadowing sales and operations to understand the full equipment-rental lifecycle.

A North America-wide onboarding class will sharpen your sales techniques while fostering a strong internal network. You’ll engage in outbound campaigns across construction verticals and customer segments, mastering CRM, inventory systems, and mobile apps.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in a customer-facing sales role preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Proficient computer and mobile phone/tablet skills.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Training: must live within reasonable driving distance of assigned branch and report on-site M-F

Responsabilidades

• Begin your training at a local branch, shadowing both sales and operational roles to gain an inside-out understanding of the full equipment-rental lifecycle.
• Join your peers across North America for a digital onboarding class to sharpen sales techniques.
• Progress through outbound sales campaigns exposing you to different construction verticals and customer segments.
• Master United Rentals sales tools including CRM, inventory management platforms, customer portal, and mobile apps.
• Lead high-level sales conversations involving price negotiations and complex rental requests.
• Participate in local team initiatives and track your Sales Development progress with leadership feedback and ride-alongs to jobsites.
