Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Sales and Customer Solutions Representative in our Charlotte call center. The role involves handling inbound calls, resolving issues in real time, and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell Spectrum products while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

In this in-office position, you will be the first point of contact for customers, processing orders in the billing system, and delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of sales experience.
• Fluent in English; written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and overtime.
• Working knowledge of telecommunications services including Video, Internet, Voice and Mobile.
• Ability to use computer and multiple software applications.

Responsibilities

• Actively supporting efforts to simplify and enhance customer experience while maintaining high levels of professionalism and courtesy
• Meeting or exceeding customer solutions activity goals using effective telephone-based techniques to retain customers
• Responding promptly and efficiently to inbound calls, meeting call handling metrics, and addressing billing inquiries, pricing, and service complaints
• Mastering order processing within the billing system for retained accounts, new sales, and account lookups
• Demonstrating proficiency in explaining products and services, with a thorough understanding of competitors, to effectively retain and re-sell to customers
