Job summary

Spectrum is hiring a Sales and Customer Solutions Representative in our Charlotte call center. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls, resolving issues in real time, and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell Spectrum products and services.

You will work in an in-office, Monday–Friday environment, with a starting wage of $18 per hour and the potential to exceed $80k annually with incentives.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Flexible schedule and overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and resolve customer concerns in real time.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell Spectrum products and services.
• Explain products clearly to retain and grow the customer base.
• Process orders in the billing system for retained and new accounts.
• Meet call handling metrics and customer satisfaction goals.
