Job summary

Spectrum is hiring a Sales and Customer Solutions Representative to act as the first point of contact in our in‑office call center. You will handle inbound calls, resolve issues in real time, and identify upsell opportunities while strengthening customer satisfaction and loyalty.

You will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, require 1+ year of sales experience, and must be fluent in English with bilingual Spanish capability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of sales experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Bilingual in Spanish & English.
• Flexible schedule including overtime as requested.
• Experience with telecommunications services.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from customers and address inquiries.
• Resolve billing inquiries and service issues in real time.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
• Explain products and services clearly and help retain customers.
• Meet call handling metrics and support customer satisfaction.
