Spectrum in Charlotte, NC seeks a Sales and Customer Solutions Representative to handle inbound calls, resolve issues, and upsell telecom products. The role is based in an in-office call center and requires a positive, solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.

You will build lasting customer relationships, process orders, and explain Spectrum products while meeting performance targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of sales experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Clear, professional communication style.
• Flexible schedule with overtime as needed.
• Knowledge of telecom services: video, internet, voice, mobile.
• Ability to use a computer and multiple software apps.
• Proven sales track record; bilingual in Spanish & English.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and address customer inquiries.
• Upsell or cross-sell products and services as appropriate.
• Process orders in the billing system for retained accounts and new sales.
• Explain products and services and differentiate from competitors.
• Meet call handling metrics and maintain customer solutions goals.
