Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of direct retail experience preferred
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Fulfilling customer orders, merchandising, processing new products, or supervising the selling floor to deliver exceptional customer service
• Lead colleagues in the execution and completion of assigned tasks
• Role model and provide feedback to improve customer experience and processes
• Ensure high-level customer service through problem-solving and customer-focused resolutions
• Promote Macy's mobile app to enhance the in-store experience
• Coordinate with People Leaders to plan total store activities
• Open/close procedures and settle registers
• Uphold merchandise standards and educate colleagues on POS tech and fulfillment tools
• Foster an inclusive environment with authentic connections among colleagues, customers, and communities
